I'm having trouble trouble with my tulpa. I think that me and my tulpa are like fused or he's using my mind voice to communicate with me. It feels like I generate two sets of opinions of things now mine and his dose anyone know tips to like split us up?

I mean my tulpa speaks in my voice

I've still been trying to get them talk and I'm getting responses but again I don't know if I'm making it up

If it seems not quite like you, it's probably tour tulpa

I would like for him to use his own voice so I can distinguish more easily

You can learn that Try talking to him and focusing on him responding in a different voice One reason he could be talking in your voice is because he hasn't decided on a voice he likes. You could try listening to a bunch of different videos with different voices to give your tulpa an idea if you want

Him using my voice is like giving my essence so it's confusing for me because I have 5000 trains of thoughts going on too

Yeah that's fair My tulpa usually has a childish form of my voice but sometimes has his own voice We're practicing though so it's easier for him to differentiate himself

Sometimes though the reason it sounds like your own mindvoice is because you're not fully hearing a voice, but rather some more abstract thought, so it seems like it's in your voice That is hard to assign a voice to, but you can practice differentiating

Hmm you could think about it like this You hear dozens of voices a day probably, but you still have your own mindvoice separate from that So there's something stopping you from just taking other people's voices I think if you watch a lot of videos for your tulpa's voice, you'll still have your own mindvoice, but your tulpa might pick up on something he likes. I don't think it'll affect your mindvoice

Is it okay not to visualise tulpas? I mean Idm if she only speaks to me

Yeah you don't need to visualize her if you don't want You might unintentionally visualize her eventually if she really wants to be visualized, but you could also ask her if she minds not being visualized

I've been on day 3-2 of forcing so if he developed really fast, I followed many tips and did more quality things

I've been coming and going in the tulpa community so I have just a little bit more information than the average person who just got in here

No not a proper one but I either try to visualize my room or like the quest 2 vr open air room with a lot of orangish color
